🍷 Event Details

Q: What is the purpose of this event?
A:This event benefits local youth-based nonprofit programs supported by the Ambrose Foundation, Inc. and other non-profit youth based organization. All proceeds go toward empowering and supporting young people in our community.

Q: What’s included with my ticket?
A:Each $45 ticket includes entry to the event, a tasting of six fine wines, and gourmet food pairings, prepared by Chef Mecca Holland. In addition there is networking, photo area, music, promotional favors, and a wine pull ( additional cost for tickets)..

Q: What types of wine will be served?
A: Guests will enjoy a curated selection of red, white, and rosé wines handpicked by wine expert Jorge Silva of Wine & Liquor Emporium. Please note these are FINE wines.

Event Time & Schedule

Q: What time does the event start and end?
A: The event begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 7:00 PM.  You can drop in at any time. You can stay for an hour or the entire event. I all up to you.


🍽️ Food & Beverage

Q: Will food be served?
A: Yes! You’ll enjoy delicious gourmet tasting bites carefully paired with each wine selection. Current menu options include: Brown Sugar Smoked Ham Crustini,Pasta Bites with Vodka Sauce and Shaved Parm ,Tuscan Marinated Lamb Chops with Apple Bbq Sauce , Meat and Cheese Boards and more…


🎟️ Tickets & Entry

Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: Tickets may be available at the door if the event is not sold out, but we strongly recommend purchasing in advance on Eventbrite or our website to guarantee entry. Please note this is a CASHLESS event.

Q: Do I need to bring my printed ticket?
A: No, digital tickets are accepted. Simply show your confirmation email to check-in.  We will have a list of paid guests..

Q: What’s the refund policy?
A: All ticket sales are final. However, if you cannot attend, your purchase will be considered a donation to the Ambrose Foundation, Inc. and will be tax deductible as we are a non-profit 501c3 organization.


👗 Event Experience

Q: Is there a dress code?
A: Dress is smart casual, business casual or cocktail attire — come ready to sip, savor, and mingle.

Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Doors open 15 minutes before the event start time. We recommend arriving early to check in and get comfortable.

Q: Is this a 21+ event?
A: Yes, you must be 21 or older to attend. Please bring valid ID.


 

🎨 Event Theme & Colors

Q: Is there a color scheme for the event?
A: Yes! Our event colors are white, black, gold, green, and wine — a sophisticated palette that reflects the elegance of the evening. Guests are welcome (but not required) to incorporate these colors into their attire.

 
 
 
 

📸 Photos & Social Media

Q: Will there be a professional photographer at the event?
A: We will not have a professional photographer on site, but we encourage guests to capture their favorite moments! Feel free to take photos and share them on social media — don’t forget to tag us and use our event hashtag #SipForACause 

 

🍾 Raffles & Wine Pull

Q: What is the Wingspan Wine Pull?
A: The Wingspan Wine Pull is a fun raffle-style activity where guests can win one of 12 bottles of wine! Tickets for the wine pull can be purchased at the event. Stretch your wingspan, buy tickets, and take a chance at bringing home a bottle of  wine — all while supporting a great cause.

 

💳 Payments & Donations

Q: Is the event cashless?
A: Yes. This is a cashless event — all purchases (including tickets, raffles, and donations) can be made by credit or debit card. Please plan accordingly.

 


🥂 Non-Alcoholic Options

Q: Are non-alcoholic beverages available?
A: We’ll have water available throughout the evening. While this is primarily a wine tasting event, guests who prefer not to drink are welcome to enjoy the delicious food pairing and we will also have red and white sparkling juices.

Q: Where is the event being held?
A: This event is being held at Southland Golf and Country Club 5726 Southland Dr, Stone Mountain, GA 30087.

Q: Is parking available?
