About Our Chef

MECCA HOLLAND

Chef and Pastry Chef

 

Wherever Mecca Holland goes, she takes her Culinary experiences with her. She’s joyfully putting those experiences to work during every event .

 

Her resume is as rich as the desserts and Cuisine’s  she creates. After earning her culinary arts degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta, Holland interned and began earning her kitchen stripes at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta andThe Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead under the inspirational guidance of chefs Philippe Haddad and Jamika Pessoa. In addition to serving as assistant pastry chef at Canoe, she has honed her culinary chops as pastry chef for The Dolce Group, King + Duke and City Winery. No stranger to management, she also served as pastry department supervisor for H & F Bread Company. Assisted in Opening a Popular Italian Concept in West Midtown and Currently Catering Weddings and Parties all over Atlanta.

 

 

Believing too much is never enough, the Atlanta resident continues operating her own catering company (Chef Eat Art/Sweet Art Studios and Catering) in her limited free time.
