APPLY FOR DONATIONS
Thank you for your interest in receiving donations from the Ambrose Foundation. We believe in supporting our community by helping to fund youth based, 501(c)3 non-profit organizations.
To carry out our vision we partner with one or more selected youth based organizations in our community and host charitable golf tournaments and workshops to raise funds, awareness and support for their mission.

Applicants must meet a list of criteria:
Categories of information
include:
1. Mission
2. 501c3 Status
3. Report from Review Committee
4. Financials
5. Tournament Involvement
The Ambrose Foundation
Does Not Fund:
1. Individuals
2. Government agencies
3. For-profit businesses
4. Private foundations
5. Organizations that have not obtained a Federal Tax Number
APPLYING FOR FUNDS
The Ambrose Foundation will accept applications this year March 15th- May 1st.
